Nativity Pajama Pre-Order Sale Rules:

3. Estimated Delivery Date:

   • Estimated delivery date is 6-8 weeks from the date of order placement.
   • This estimated delivery date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to fulfill orders within the specified timeframe.

4. Order Fulfillment:

   • Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
   • You will receive a notification email once their order is ready to ship.

5. Tracking and Shipment:

   • A tracking number will be provided to you via email when their order ships.
   • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Pre-Order Sales Policy:

   • All pre-order sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted however, or exchanges may be accepted based on available stock and is subject to approval.
   • Please carefully review your order before submitting to ensure accuracy.

7. Size Reservation:

   • Sizes ordered during the pre-order sale are reserved for the you and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. These are considered MADE TO ORDER.
   • Make sure to select the correct size when placing your order.

8. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the estimated delivery date if unforeseen circumstances or delays arise. In the event of unexpected production issues or circumstances beyond your control, you may need to extend the delivery timeframe. Clear communication will be maintained throughout. If delay causes seasonal products to be unusable we will refund or credit you for your order.
